This Refund Policy describes when and how VEALES Vedic Decisions Private Limited ("VEALES", "we") issues refunds for paid purchases across JELCOS AI, AstroMatch Online, Venture Buddha and EXaaS™ services.
1. Digital Reports & One-time Purchases
- If a report has not been generated or delivered, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
- Once a report has been generated and delivered (accessed via account, email or download), the purchase is final and non-refundable, given the substantive computational and human-review effort completed on your behalf.
- If a delivered report has a demonstrable defect (e.g., wrong personal input applied by our system, technical error), we will regenerate the report at no cost or refund at our discretion.
2. Subscriptions (JELCOS AI & other SaaS plans)
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; the current period is not pro-rated except where required by law.
- For annual plans, a pro-rata refund of unused full months (excluding the current month) is available if requested within 30 days of the annual renewal, less any promotional discounts consumed.
- Renewals: we notify you before auto-renewal. If you were charged for a renewal and did not intend to renew, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund provided the Service was not used substantively during that new period.
3. Coaching, Cohorts & Programs (Venture Buddha)
- Enrollment fees are refundable in full up to 7 days before the cohort start date.
- Between 7 days before and cohort start: 50% refund.
- After the program begins: non-refundable, but you may request a one-time deferral to the next cohort if seats are available.
4. EXaaS™ Expert Consultations
- Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance for full refund or free reschedule.
- Within 24 hours: 50% refund or one free reschedule (whichever you choose).
- No-shows: non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email with:
- Order/invoice ID or transaction reference,
- Registered email/phone,
- Reason for the request, and
- Any supporting screenshots (for defect claims).
We acknowledge within 2 business days and complete approved refunds to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank/gateway processing time may add up to 5 additional days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved directly within 3–5 business days.
7. Exceptions
Refunds do not apply to fraudulently obtained transactions, chargeback abuse, violations of our Terms of Use, or purchases explicitly marked as final at checkout.
