These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications and services of VEALES Vedic Decisions Private Limited ("VEALES", "we", "our" or "us"), including veales.in, JELCOS AI, AstroMatch Online and Venture Buddha (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use the Services. By accessing the Services you represent that you meet these requirements.
You will not: (a) reverse engineer, scrape or misuse the Services; (b) upload unlawful, defamatory or infringing content; (c) attempt to bypass security or rate limits; (d) resell or sublicense the Services without a written agreement; (e) use outputs to make sole decisions in regulated domains (medical, legal, financial) without qualified professional review.
JELCOS AI generates decision-support outputs by combining domain expertise, psychology, spiritual intelligence, Vedic astrology and artificial intelligence. Outputs are informational, not a substitute for professional advice from doctors, lawyers, financial advisers or licensed practitioners. Astrology-based signals are one optional intelligence layer and not deterministic predictions.
All content, code, models, trademarks and rights in the Services (including VEALES, JELCOS AI, EXaaS™, Vivaaga Yoga Pathathi™, Astro Music Healing Therapy™, FAMI, Venture Buddha) are owned by VEALES or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.
You retain ownership of data you input. You grant VEALES a limited licence to process this data to provide, secure and improve the Services (including generating aggregated, non-identifiable analytics).
The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that recommendations will produce specific outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VEALES will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages. Aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you to VEALES in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify VEALES from any third-party claim arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, or when required by law. You may close your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any statutory consumer-forum rights.
